Pink Chocolate Chip Cookies: Strawberry & Cream

Are you the next cookie monster? Are chocolate chip cookies your go-to when you stroll down the cookie isle in the grocery store? Then I have a twist for you! Check out these PINK chocolate chip cookies! They are strawberry & cream flavoured and are 100% delicious!

I love baking and I love how calming and therapeutic it is for me. Plus, there is a bonus… yummy treats at the end of a great baking day! How can you argue with that? Discovering new recipes and being able to share them with your friends and family puts a huge smile on my face. You know what else puts a huge smile on my face? A good pink cookie once in a while! Amirite ladies!!!!!

These strawberry & cream cookies were inspired by the Lil Luna .  Her recipes are to die for! They all look so simple and delicious! My mouth waters every time I look through her delicious recipes! This is not the last recipe of hers I will be experimenting with!

The best part about baking chocolate chip cookies, is that everyone loves them! They are the perfect baked goods to enjoy with family after dinner, enjoy with friends at a social gathering, and they are really kid friendly and easy to pack in their lunches for a lovely snack!

Pink Chocolate Chip Cookies: Strawberry n' Cream

Servings: 10 People
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 tbls Strawberry Jello Powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Box White Chocolate Pudding Instant Package
  • 2.5 Cups Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 bag White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

  2. In an electric mixer, mix the butter, sugar, and jello together. Then ass eggs and vanilla and mix well. 

  3. In a separate bowl mix together flour, pudding mix, baking soda, and salt and slowly add it to the butter mixture. 

  4. Stir in the white chocolate chips

  5. Take a spoon full of the cookie dough and separate each ball by 1-inch on that baking sheet

  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes
