Pink Chocolate Chip Cookies: Strawberry n' Cream

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 tbls Strawberry Jello Powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Box White Chocolate Pudding Instant Package
  • 2.5 Cups Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 bag White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

  2. In an electric mixer, mix the butter, sugar, and jello together. Then ass eggs and vanilla and mix well. 

  3. In a separate bowl mix together flour, pudding mix, baking soda, and salt and slowly add it to the butter mixture. 

  4. Stir in the white chocolate chips

  5. Take a spoon full of the cookie dough and separate each ball by 1-inch on that baking sheet

  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes
