Flowerless Chocolate Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients
  • 1 Can Black Beans
  • 3/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Ground Espresso
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 3 tbls Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 Cup Steele Cut Oats
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray canola oil along the pan so the batter does not stick to the sides. 

  2. Place the can of black beans in a blender after the beans are drained and washed. 

  3. Once the beans are all blended together add in the eggs and the vegetable oil and mix together until fully blended. 

  4. Mix in together all of the other ingredients 

  5. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
