Bruschetta with Feta and Basil

Ingredients
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • Fresh Basil Leaves
  • Feta
  • 4 Tbls Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • 1 Whole French Baguette
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Slice the baguette into slices 1/2 inch thick. Place them under the oven for 10 minutes. Flipping half way through. 

  2. Slice and dice the tomatoes into little cubes


  3. For the feta, if you buy them in cube forms them chop up the feta into little cube like crumbs to sprinkle over the bruschetta

  4. Chop the basil into thin pieces

  5. In a separate bowl, mix in the olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder with the chopped tomatoes 

  6. Once the bread is done toasting, put the tomatoes on top and sprinkle fresh basil and feta over top and serve.
