Finally, a season where you don’t need to worry about showing too much skin in the office. The head and the humidity have finally passed and we can cozy up at our desks with our PSL and chunky knits! Fall workwear is always a fun one for me. More layers mean more room for outfit experimentation. Trying out different coats with different dresses, blazers, booties, and the list goes on. Needless to say, most of us probably have a ton of inspiration at the moment since the fashion month has just come to an end. I don’t know about you but I got a plethora of outfit inspo!
I’m usually the gal in the office with bright colours, funky patterns, or girly girl skirts. At the end of the day ‘you-do-you girl‘. This outfit right here doesn’t necessarily show my day to day style. But, it is a great example of laying and wearing work-appropriate pieces. Everyone loves camel for fall. Camel becomes the new black. It’s skeel, sophisticated, and very work appropriately. I love this entire look for the office and I actually interchange it quite a bit.
If your shy around prints, I always advise going for a softer print. This snakeskin is a perfect example of that. Another print that is quite popular for fall is leopard print. When worn tastefully, leopard is very chic. I am still in love with this leopard printed skirt from fall last year.
