My number 1 transition coat from winter to spring is a trench coat. Trench coats can be a classic and staple item in your wardrobe. You can choose to keep your jacket open to show off a beautiful garment underneath. You can also choose to tie it up to style a more classic and conservative look. Investing in a good staple item in your wardrobe is a must. I have worn this trench coat for a few years now. It’s easy to transition and wear year after year. Some of my favourite trench coats for spring are listed below!
In today’s look, I decided to style my trench coat with a wicker bag. Nothing screams spring like a cute wicker bag. It was a beautiful day in the city so I got a little carried away when it came to deciding what to wear. Gavin and I decided to take a nice walk over to the flower shop to grab a bouquet for the home and enjoy the beautiful spring breeze.

As you can see from the wide selection above, there are many different styles to choose from apart from the basic beige trench coat. One of my favourite ones (that I recently also purchased) is this pink lace trench coat. This pink lace is very affordable and perfect for that bright pop of colour and texture for the springtime. If you love adding print to your outfits, then this plaid trench coat would be such a great addition to your wardrobe. All you would need to do is add a leather band bag and some sunglasses for a street style chic look.
