Sequins is the number one seller this time of year. Everyone loves to add a little sparkle to their wardrobe for the holidays. If you’re like me you like to add a lot of sparkle. But, hey, nothing wrong with that! Nothing makes a statement like a sparkly dress, but how to style a sequin dress & accessorize it correctly is the key to rocking a classy look. I love making my sequin piece the main attraction, and a statement piece to my outfit. Now, what says glam more than a head to toe sequin look? A sequin dress of course! When it comes to accessorizing I typically like to stay minimal. I mean the dress already speaks for its self, why make it so crowded? I would definitely stay away from statement jewelry, especially necklaces. If you are going to go with earrings, I would go with a subtle stud or, a simple drop earring as I did with this outfit.
Lastly, if you’re like me and like to wear sequins all year round, I would always opt for pairing your sequin piece with denim for a more casual look. With this dress, not so simple to make it look casual. But, with a blouse or skirt, it’s so easy to take that glam piece and make it chic and casual.
