When it comes to those hot summer days, sometimes there is no winning. I always find myself distressed with nothing to wear because it is just to darn hot. With living in the city, we get a lot of humidity. This was the exact same situation down in Palm Beach. It just makes those hot days even worse to bear. I find the easiest thing to wear in situations like this are lightweight dresses. Especially when I was dow in Palm Beach. Gavin and I were able to head down to the beach to dinner and all I wore were lightweight dresses. I remember last year, our trip to Charleston, all I wore were dresses because it was so darn hot.
Now, for myself, I like to keep a few things in mind when it comes to those hot days. Firstly, my hair needs to be up in a bun. I also need sandals and sunglasses. Lastly, I need the perfect lightweight dress. When it comes to shopping for the right dress there are two things to keep in mind. The fabrics and styles that are going to keep you as cool and comfortable as possible. Comfort is key, especially when it comes to travelling.
