Today’s outfit is giving me all of the “mellow yellow” vibes. This year I have been all about yellow pieces for spring and summer. Yellow is such a fun, bright, and warm welcome colour. Living in Toronto, it takes a lot longer for spring to come. We have warm days, rainy days, cold days, then one-day spring arrives! While the weather decided to be wishy-washy, I love to still dress the part and still feel fun and on trend! One of my favourite dresses from last year was this also this gorgeous mellow yellow flowy dress.
For today’s outfit, I decided to pair this eyelet lace dress with some pattern. One of my favourite prints is polka dots and of course, anything with a bow has my heart. These shoes are perfect! I purchased them at a Zara sale last year but here is a similar pair that would make a great statement with any spring outfit.
When it comes to accessories, for the spring and summer time I love my straw hats and bags. There is something about them that just feels very versatile. They so with any outfit and it also helps that they are very on trend. This little straw bag from ASOS is adorable!
