Dancing around in a print that dates back centuries may just be the dose of romance and whimsy your summer wardrobe is calling for. I am a complete sucker for a cute print. When it comes to toile prints, I love the vintage vibe. The delicate pattern featuring thinly sketched landscapes and figures. While some prints vary in colour, I love the contrast between the white and the blue. One of my favourite toile prints was done really well by a New York line called Tibi. Now while I love the blue and white contrast, I really liked how they made it a bit more playful with the purple print.
This skirt is probably one of my favourite pieces I brought with me on our trip to Florida. One of the things on our bucket list was to watch the sunset along the beach. Since we were staying on the east side of Florida, we were told the sunrise was better. But on vacation, who is really going to wake up at 5:30 am for the sunrise? I won’t lie we did contemplate it at one point but just couldn’t make it out of bed. Juno Beach was definitely the best place and one of our favourite beaches on the trip. We had initially only planned to check out the beach for sunset, but we liked it so much we decided to come back in the morning and spend the entire day there!
