Well hello! It’s been a while since I have been here on the blog and I am so very sorry for that. Life has been quite hectic recently. Hopefully, I will have a second to sit back and reflect on it all with you guys. But first I wanted to share with you my updated workout routine. Exercise is probably one of the best medicines for me. It has been the one thing to keep me grounded for so many years. Especially through this busy time. In today’s blog post I am going to take you through my weekly workout routine.
If you are like me and have a full-time job, work a side hustle, in a relationship, have a family to take care of, AND just got another part-time job (yes more on that a later date). Then you know how therapeutic a good and consistent workout regimen could be. Even though life is crazy, it is so easy to make excuses to exercise. I always make sure to stay grounded and on top of my workouts. Exercise helps with my mood, my appetite, sleeping patterns, concentration, mental state, and overall wellbeing.
I am someone who needs a little change in her life once in a while. Especially when it comes to workout routines. If I keep doing the same thing over and over again, you will definitely catch me on the floor crying of boredom. I love trying out new exercise classes.
My new obsession has been spin classes. Spinco has been my go-to place. The classes, music, environment, and people make the entire experience all worth it. They definitely put you through the wringer and you will come out sweating and feeling great! No joke, sometimes Gavin and I treat ourselves to a spin class on Friday nights. Then we run home to cuddle up in bed with a glass of wine. We feel great ending a hard work week with a work out. Plus it’s good to treat ourselves with a glass of wine at the end. Life is all about give and take.

Lunch time workouts are different everyday. There is no set routine I do as I love to change things up everyday depending on how I feel. This schedule does vary from time to time but I always make sure to fit in enough exercise throughout the week.
