As excited as I may be for fall, I still can’t seem to put away some of my spring and summer pieces. I am trying my best to transition my favourite pieces into the fall season. This is also a great tactic to try and save money instead of splurging on a new wardrobe. This jumpsuit is beaming with all of the beautiful spring florals. When paired with red accents such as a pair of wedges and a blazer, it can easily transition into a fall outfit.
As you may know, I am quite a fan of Gal Meets Glam dresses & jumpsuits. Recently they launched a huge sale. I managed to snag a few pieces I had my eyes on. This jumpsuit with all of the beautiful spring florals was one of them. I’m not sure what it is lately but over the past few months, I have really started to gravitate towards red pieces in my wardrobe. As you can see here and here. I find the colour red to be such a powerful colour.
One exercise to try and save money on your fall wardrobe is to try and find your favourite spring and summer pieces. Long pant jumpsuits and maxi dresses for example. Try to find cardigans, blazers, and even boots that would work well to transition into the fall season. It may work at the beginning of the season, but if you live in warmer climates then it may work out for the whole season. As for myself, living in Canada. It would only work out for the month of October. Once November hits, it’s snow boot season!
