Suiting up usually is not my style. When I found this cute pink suit I couldn’t give up the opportunity to wear one. Suites provide a chic and sophisticated look. The working girl style is back in and really fun to wear. You can easily take this look from day to night really easily. Usually, for Valentine’s Day, I like to wear a pretty and feminine dress. This year I decided to suit up for Valentine’s Day. For 2019 I am trying to add more classic pieces into my wardrobe instead of going for trendy pieces. I really want to add more quality instead of quantity. I feel a suit set is something that is timeless and classic and will always be in style.
For this look, I went for the obvious Valentine’s Day colours pink and red. There are so many different ways to wear a pantsuit. I went for a classic and tailored style. If you wanted to spice it up a bit you could have gone for a modern look by mixing and matching contrasting jackets and trousers. Playing with prints and textures is a great way to add a little spunk to your overall look.
With my accessories, I decided to go a little dramatic with the shoes. Nothing makes me happier than adding a bright bow with any outfit. To compliment my red tank I decided to add a little geometric aspect to the look. This boxy purse from Zara is very unique and I love the bright red colour. It definitely helps to elevate the chic factor to the overall look.
