Are you a chocolate lover? But sensitive to gluten and dairy products? Then these brownies are the perfect match for you! I love baking and experimenting with new recipes. I find baking to be a very relaxing experience for me. Plus the smell of delicious home made sweets makes me feel all warm and cozy inside 🙂 . We all know desserts can be full of unwanted calories and its not too forgiving on our bodies. After a long and strenuous workout session the last thing we want to do is put all of our hard work to waste on a little brownie.
I love eating healthy and exercising because it makes me feel so good at the end of the day. But, I do love to have a little bit of sweets throughout the day as well to keep me going. Everything needs to be in moderation. Just because you are on a diet and trying to loose weight, don’t forget to have a little fun and enjoy a little bit of sweets every now and then. Just remember to do everything in moderation. Sometimes I like to enjoy my cheat days the smart way by making those desserts a little more healthy! The black beans in these brownies allow it to feel so moist and it really helps to bring out the chocolate to make it taste extra chocolaty ( yum yum yum!). These brownies in my opinion taste better than regular brownies! I couldn’t believe how delicious they were AND they are on the healthier side? Sign me up!
