One thing that I have never been shy to add to my closet is colour. I love dressing up in bright and beautiful coloured garments. I have been this way ever since I was a child! Dancing around in my purple skirt, with green tights, and a bright red sweater.
Granted, my style has since changed dramatically, but sometimes I get that little girl inside of me to play around with colour again. While colours like black, brown, and grey are easy colours to wear, adding some colour into your wardrobe allows you to have more fun while also showing your creative side. Even if it’s a small change, like a bright red lip. If you’re struggling in this area and are unsure as to how to incorporate more colourful garments into your daily outfits then keep scrolling as I share with you my 7 tips to add more colour into your wardrobe.

Grab a Bright Bag
If you’re nervous about adding colour into your wardrobe and are just starting to experiment, start off by playing around with accessories. One of the best accessories to utilize is bags. I love colourful bags! If you love basic colours like grey, black, and white, then adding a colourful bag to your outfit will really help to a pop of colour to your look.
Lipstick
I love wearing a bright bold lipstick as it brings a gentle touch of colour into your outfit. A simple yet sophisticated look is pairing a LBD (little black dress) and a cherry red lip.
It’s amazing what a small pop of colour can add to an outfit.
