The snow if finally here! Well not fully, but by the end of the night we will have snow on the ground! Theres nothing that I love more than a white Christmas. The snow just makes the season look more beautiful and it really brings out the joy of the holidays. I have been so excited this season even with my baking! I kind of have been baking non stop since the start of the season. I just can’t help myself I love the smell of the house with fresh baked goods.
Nothing says the Christmas season is here more than my Peppermint Oreo Truffles. Gavin waits all year long for my Christmas baking season to begin! These have always been his favourite, so of course I make them every year. 😊 Now, this recipe may look intimidating to make but trust me it is super easy and only takes 5 ingredients! You can’t go wrong. This is a really easy recipe and quite fast as well. There is no bake time and all you need to do is keep them in the fridge until you are ready to serve them to your family and friends.
