One of my favourite pieces for transitioning from a day to evening look is satin. This fall season I am completely swooning for satin. Satin is a combination of sleek and sweet looks. You can dress up any satin piece and make it look super expensive and trendy. One of the ways I love to elevate my outfits to make them look elegant and chic is to add a satin piece. Whether it’s a blouse, blazer, or even a pair of pants. Satin is always a show stopper.
Fall wardrobes can be quite heavy by introducing jackets, sweaters and scarves. Satin is a great way to help break it down and balance out the textures and fabrics. With this outfit here I thought I would try and go for colours that were very fall-like. I love this mauve pink blouse. It has a very warm tone and texture to it. Pairing it with this wine coloured skirt is perfect! One of my favourite dresses that I still wear every year has been this satin dress. I always get so many compliments and feel so elegant in it.
