If there is one pattern I have been gravitating more towards this year it has definitely been blue and white. the contrast between the two colours is refreshing and vibrant. Other than the colour pink, these two colours are definitely staples in my wardrobe. As you may be aware, 2020 and 2021 have been the year’s for comfort. Everyone has been gravitating towards comfortable and versatile pieces. Hill House Home is a brand that recently caught my eye. As mentioned in my previous post I am a sucker for a smocked dress. So many women have been raving about these dresses I knew it had to get my hands on one. I first saw Julia Berolzheimer post about the nap dress last summer. Ever since then coincidently I have seen other publications rave about them such as Forbes, Town & Country and much more.
The Nap Dress is probably the most worn dress in my wardrobe thus far, and it’s not even fully summer weather yet. It’s comfortable, it’s stylish, and I can wear it while working from home and then out to walk the dog. Even if i wanted to pop out and run some errands, I don’t need to change. While I love fashion, and fashion trends, as I get older one of my main focuses towards my fashion choices is comfort. You probably also hear me rave about comfort in all of my posts because it’s that important. I mean come on, no one wants to be uncomfortable, right?
