Chocolate Mini Egg Cookie Cake

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup White Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Cadbury Mini Eggs
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F

  2. Mix in the dry ingredients, flour, salt, and baking soda & baking powder into a separate bowl

  3. Mix in the butter with the sugars until fluffy in the blender. Slowly add in the eggs one at a time and then add in the vanilla extract.

  4. Slowly add in the dry ingredients into the blender. Once all the ingredients are added split the dough into two and and flatten it into two separate 8 inch pans. 

  5. Once all the dough is flattened place the mini eggs on top and spread it all around. 

  6. Place it under the oven for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown

  7. Once it is done, place the cookie cake on a cooling rack for 5 minutes until serving.
