Banana bread has been a popular dessert in my family for a long time now. My father loves it! Every opportunity he gets when he sees a ripe banana he either freezes it and waits for me to bake him another loaf or he pleads that I bake him some at that moment! 😂 Banana bread is probably the easiest and most delicious treat you can make quick and on the spot! It is really light and fluffy and full of flavour! The best part is you are able to freeze it and preserve it for a while. I usually make them in batches and take them out of the freezer whenever I need them. They make for a perfect snack and a lovely dessert for when you have company over.
Do you have an easy go-to recipe you enjoy baking often? If so what is it? 🙂
