Now that fall is there and the leaves a changing colours and falling to the ground. It’s time to think of more appropriate shoes to wear. Sandals and flats simply won’t cut it anymore. While over the knee boots is a classic “basic” girl wardrobe staple, I can’t help but be a sucker for a good riding boot. Finding the perfect riding boots for the season can be tricky. Mine will usually last a few years so you want to go with a classic colour that will for sure match with many different outfits. I am not much of a person to wear black, however, for a riding boot I think it looks so sleek and polished.
I know you can usually find me in dresses, however in the winter time, you can often find me rocking jeans and boots. Canada is too cold to be frolicking the streets in dresses. We need as many layers and body parts covered at all times.
This is probably one of my favourite fall outfits. Between the gold button jacket, plaid scarf, and leather riding boots, I couldn’t feel more preppy! I feel like I belong at a polo match, and I am not mad about it!
