I am not frequently called ‘The Holiday Cheermeister‘ for no reason. I love dressing festive around the holiday season. Red and white is bold, festive, and has great contrast. One of my favourite looks from last year was with this white coat and red outfit. I got so many compliments on it last year that I knew it wanted to recreate a similar look again. Recently, I have been on the look for the perfect red coat. I finally found this one from Kate Spade. Unfortunately, it’s not new or on the site, I purchased it off of Poshmark. It was brand new with tags and was marked down up to 80%. I could not believe it and it is the most perfect coat. It really helps to put together this red and white look for the holiday’s.
Over the last few years I have really come to with the colour red. I don’t want to knock down pink, because I love pink and it will always be number one. However, red has come to a close second. It is such a romantic colour. I never through red was my colour. But I’ve started gravitating towards it a little more. Firstly, it is a show stopper. If you walk down the streets doing your holiday shopping in this outfit, you will definitely turn heads, and for all the right reasons. Everyone loves red for the holidays, especially when it’s done right. Secondly, I feel like this would be a perfect outfit for a holiday party. If sequins aren’t your thing, then dress up in festive colours.
