As promised from Friday’s post, here is what I made with the strawberries I picked at Andrew Scenic Acres. Strawberry desserts are one of my favourite desserts! They are delicious, sweet, and tasty! As you can tell from many of my other homemade recipes I love experimenting and trying new recipes. For this recipe, I mixed a lot of my favourite flavours together. Firstly, I love gram crackers, I was debating between making my own mini pie crusts but the thought of a gram cracker crust just had me sold.
Secondly, I wanted to add either a vanilla or chocolate flavouring to the recipe as well and I thought the creamy texture of the vanilla pudding would be the perfect touch. I love finding either chunks or fruits, nuts or chocolates in my dessert. I thought by slicing the strawberries and putting them into the jello would add some great texture. Lastly, any dessert looks pretty and tastes delicious with some whip cream at the top!
These delicious tarts are perfect to have for a summer picnic or BBQ. They are really easy to make and everyone will be licking their plates clean!

- 1 Pack Vanilla Pudding
- 1 Pack Strawberry Jello
- 2 Pounds Strawberries
- 24 Gram Cracker Crusted Cups
- Whip Cream
-
Prepare the jello by adding the boiling water to the mix. Slice up the strawberries and place it into the jello mix
-
Prepare the pudding and place it in the fridge for 20 minutes to let it thicken and set.
-
Once the pudding is set, place a spoon full into each gram cracker crusted cup.
-
Then place the jello and strawberries on top of the pudding in each cup.
-
Place the cups in the fridge for about 2-3 hours to allow the jello to harden.
-
Once the jello has hardened you can place whip cream on the top and serve.
